The direction and control of the Association are vested in the Board of Directors. The Board consists of the President, Vice President, Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, and four additional Directors. Each of the Directors is elected by a majority vote for two year terms. The President, Vice President and Past President serve one year in each position. The Board may delegate powers to appropriate representatives and committees. The Vice President subsequently serves as President and Past President.
