• Structural Design Engineer (EIT): $85,000–$100,000 • Project Engineer (PE): $100,000–$120,000 Full-time; salary based on experience and location. You enjoy working collaboratively, thrive on reciprocal learning, and demonstrate a knack for seeing the “whole project”. Architectural training, experience in designing in several structural materials, the ability to create thoughtful design details, and an interest in high-performance seismic and sustainable design, are all considered pluses. Our ideal candidate has at least four years of design office experience, a master’s degree in structural engineering, and a professional engineer’s license in the State of California.
