Chase Center Arena: Golden State Warriors

Join us on Tuesday, February 5th for a presentation on Chase Center Arena in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco, which will be the new home to the Golden State Warriors beginning in the 2019 season. Magnusson Klemencic Associates provided structural engineering services, including on-site support during construction of the primary structure.

Wyatt Henderson and Emily Carlip of 
Magnusson Klemencic Associates, will present a summary of the project, discuss special structural considerations for arenas, and will share lessons learned during the on-site structural representation phase.


Wyatt Henderson, P.E., S.E.

Wyatt is a Senior Associate and a key member of MKA’s Sports Specialist Group with experience throughout the United States and internationally. He has worked on projects in a variety of configurations including arenas, stadiums, and sports related facilities for the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS and universities.


Emily Carlip, P.E., S.E.

Emily is a Senior Design Engineer at MKA and a key member of the Sports Specialist Group. Her portfolio includes projects from Coast to Coast and some of MKA’s largest U.S. developments, such as Chase Center in San Francisco, a project for which she provided on-site resident structural engineering services.
